Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience in commercial construction
• OSHA, NFPA 70E and LOTO knowledge
• Ability to travel to project sites (up to ~20% weekdays)
• Lead and mentor safety staff; develop and implement safety programs

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Visit project sites to verify policy implementation and hazard controls.
• Develop and deliver safety training; improve content based on feedback.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions; manage OSHA responses.
• Assist with regional safety department strategy and budget; mentor staff.
