You will advance the safety program, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements, while supporting operations leadership. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction safety, a four-year degree in a related field, and strong training skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in safety management for commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety-related field preferred; OSHA 30-hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional safety program and drive safety objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Mentor safety staff and ensure consistent safety practices across projects.
• Conduct regional safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead preconstruction safety planning and risk assessments.
• Travel to project sites; maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
