Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Phoenix or Tucson seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across the Southwest Region. With 5+ years of safety management on commercial construction, you will mentor site teams, drive regulatory compliance, and implement best-in-class safety initiatives.

Frequent site visits and collaboration with operations are required. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, incident investigations, OSHA/Cal-OSHA awareness, and managing the regional safety

Qualifications

5+ years of safety management experience on commercial construction projects.
Ability to lead regional safety programs and mentor staff.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead regional safety objectives aligned with company strategy.
Visit project sites to verify policy implementation and provide coaching.
Manage safety training content and deliver sessions.
Oversee incident investigations, audits, and compliance across projects in the region.
Collaborate with operations leadership to drive best-in-class safety performance.
