Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs for mission critical campus construction projects across multiple locations in the US. The role focuses on compliance, training, incident investigation, and energy isolation management to ensure zero incident goals.

The ideal candidate brings extensive safety management experience in construction, with OSHA and NFPA 70E knowledge, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience with safety management on construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E.
• Leadership and training capabilities.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety program across mission critical campus construction activities.
• Serve as technical advisor to safety professionals and subs, and drive safety compliance.
• Develop training, SOPs, and MOPs; manage LOTO and energy isolation programs.
• Coordinate with Energy Marshall, Engineering, and subcontractors on safety.
• Investigate incidents and report findings to prevent recurrence.
