Gowan SeedTech in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Southern Sales Rep to grow our vegetable seed treatment business, with a focus on onions and other regional crops. You will build relationships with seed breeders, dealers, agronomists and growers to expand product usage and raise awareness of GST’s solutions.

The role requires frequent travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage field trials and budgets. A BS in a relevant field and 5+ years in crop protection sales are preferred, with

• Minimum 5+ years in crop protection sales or field roles.
• Experience with vegetable seed industry and onions.
• Strong relationship-building with breeders, dealers, growers and agronomists.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Expand GST SeedTech sales across southern US regions.
• Develop local champions among seed breeders and dealers.
• Travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Manage P&L for the sales region and budget expenses.
• Represent GST at conferences and field days.
