Job summary

Par West is seeking an Independent Territory Sales Representative for Southern Florida to grow sales through new business development in Jupiter, FL. This 1099 independent contractor role offers commission-only earnings with uncapped potential.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in independent or outside sales, established relationships in golf/turf, and a proven ability to expand customer bases. You will travel within the territory, present products, and coordinate with inside sales and operations

Qualifications

Three or more years of successful independent or outside sales experience.
Existing relationships within golf, turf, irrigation, landscape, or related industries preferred.
Independent sales business, agency, or book of business is a plus.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

Grow sales within your assigned territory through new business development and account expansion.
Build relationships with golf courses, country clubs, municipalities, sports fields, and other turf professionals.
Present products, recommend solutions, and identify opportunities tied to renovations and ongoing maintenance.
Partner with Par West’s inside sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry association meetings.
