Job summary

BYLT is seeking a highly connected Independent Sales Representative focused on Golf to drive business development and revenue growth in Florida's golf, resort, and hospitality markets. You will develop opportunities, form strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with golf courses, country clubs, and related hospitality groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
• Strong existing relationships within golf, resort, hospitality, or country club industries.
• Deep understanding of golf operations, resort environments and hospitality culture.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with golf courses, country clubs, resorts, and hospitality decision makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Represent BYLT at golf industry events, trade shows, and tournaments.
• Present products to prospective clients and tailor sales solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
