Holderness & Bourne is seeking a driven Sales Representative for the West Florida Territory. The role focuses on establishing and growing relationships with premier golf accounts, country clubs, and specialty retailers across Western and Central Florida.

The position is full-time, based in the territory, and requires extensive travel to present products, manage accounts, and execute sales strategies. Base salary is $35,000 with uncapped commissions and full healthcare/retirement benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in wholesale sales and account management.
• Experience in golf apparel, luxury soft goods, or green-grass industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Sales Management: Travel within West Florida to sell to wholesale clients.
• Account Execution & Planning: Forecast sales, process orders, and analyze performance.
• Pipeline & Operations Support: Support wholesale logistics and on-time deliveries.
• Embroidery/proofs and custom logo coordination and inventory tracking.
• High-touch account support and relationship building with wholesale partners.
• Provide product details, fabric insights, and live inventory updates.
