Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering consulting.
• Strong understanding of business operations, client relations, and team development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Registered PE in Florida and ability to obtain licensure in other states.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a growth plan for transportation services in the Southeast region of the United States.
• Assist with strategic pursuits, including interview preparation and win strategies for projects in the region.
• Evaluate and approve go/no-go decisions for project opportunities, and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Mentor and develop Team Leaders; recruit and onboard Project Managers and Team Leaders.
• Represent Garver in civic and professional organizations; build government relations.
• Oversee contracts, scopes, and fees to mitigate risk; manage regional leadership accountability.
