• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida and ability to obtain licensure in other states regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan for expansion of transportation services throughout the southeast region of the United States.
• Assist with strategic pursuits, including interview preparation and win strategies for projects in the region.
• Evaluate and approve go/no-go decisions for project opportunities.
• Maintain high-level client relationships and perform regular project debriefs and client check-ins.
• Maintain and develop key partnering relationships.
• Mentor and support Team Leaders to foster professional growth and leadership.
• Recruit and onboard Project Managers and Team Leaders.
• Represent Garver in civic and professional organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships at the political level necessary to support key pursuits.
• Develop and execute a growth plan for expansion of transportation services throughout the southeast region of the United States.

• Assist with strategic pursuits, including interview preparation and win strategiesfor projects in the region.
