Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or related field.
• Experience: Proven sales leadership with incremental growth and competitive share gain.
• Technical Skills: CRM, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a regional sales growth plan across the Southeast.
• Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to prospecting and opportunity conversion.
• Build joint growth plans with key distributor leadership and manage pricing and GTM initiatives.
