Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or account-management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and reside in the territory.
• Experience with window treatments or residential shading preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual territory plan to achieve revenue and market-share goals.
• Build and expand relationships with residential shade dealers and designers.
• Identify new dealer and project opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Present products, provide dealer training, and offer field support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Represent Draper at industry events and tradeshows.
• Manage territory travel, expenses, and resources in line with policy.
