Responsibilities

• Ensures underwriting excellence and integrity through adherence to best practices.
• Achieves production and profitability goals for assigned region.
• Partners with SVP and VP sales leaders to maximize profitable growth opportunities.
• Conducts quarterly evaluations of profit and production performance.
