Job summary

Reporting to management, you will analyze risk quality and contribute to underwriting policy development within CNAs risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; typically 8+ years underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess highly complex underwriting risks with diagnostic analysis.
• Develop specialized endorsement language for complex risks.
• Determine pricing based on financial and competitive analysis with guidance from senior leadership.
• Make recommendations on underwriting policy and pricing strategy.
• Mentor and guide less experienced underwriters and support training.
• Maintain and grow agency/broker relationships within assigned territory.
