Responsibilities

• Develop endorsement language for highly complex risk.
• Determine pricing of complex risks with financial and competitive analysis.
• Make recommendations on underwriting policy and pricing strategy.
• Analyze profitability and present reports to management.
• Develop agency/broker relationships within the assigned territory.
• Stay current on state/territory issues and regulations and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide less experienced underwriters and assist in underwriting training.
• Utilize CNA systems for day-to-day activities.
• Manage special underwriting projects and presentations.
