Mersen is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Southeast. This field-based role focuses on meeting sales targets, supporting customers, and coordinating technical support within a multifunction sales team.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, launching product initiatives, and maintaining strong customer relations, with up to 50% travel across the Southeast. Candidates should have 5–7 years in electrical industries and a BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent, engineering degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in the electrical industry.
• Experience managing direct sales and manufacturers reps.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Attain annual sales budget/volume.
• Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals and volume.
• Develop and sustain accurate sales forecasts.
• Contribute to annual sales strategy and action plans.
• Maintain/develop superior relations with customer base.
• Other assigned duties.
