Responsibilities

• Assists Region VP of Sales in planning, budgeting, and executing sales initiatives across the area.
• Develops and implements sales strategies to increase distributor awareness and market share.
• Owns regional marketing budget and negotiates partnerships to boost top-line volume.
• Organizes market events and supports chain accounts to maximize opportunities.
• Drives quarterly recaps and business reviews with distributors and internal teams.
