Athletic Brewing Co. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the Southeast market, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and beyond.

The role partners with Territory Managers, strengthens distributor relationships, and drives market execution with a focus on brand presentation and local strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication, a track record in sales planning, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel around the territory regularly.
• Relocation-to-territory considerations may be discussed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform field duties.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow sales across the Southeast region.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies aligned with ABC goals.
• Plan Territory Manager routes and review plans bi‑weekly.
• Manage distributor partnerships and market events to increase footprint.
• Own regional marketing budget and drive partnerships for brand awareness.
