Job summary

Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is seeking a Southeast Region District Manager to lead operations across the district. You will shape strategy, guide execution, and partner with HR, Safety, Service, Credit, Purchasing and Sales to drive consistent results and elevate district performance.

The role emphasizes leading a team, meeting budgets, optimizing operations, and developing branch managers while maintaining safety standards and strong customer service across stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions.
• Must live within the designated territory and travel as needed.
• 5+ years of related experience in sales or branch roles.
• Experience in industrial equipment or welding equipment helpful.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational success across the district and shape strategic execution.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Service, Credit, Purchasing and Sales to deliver strong results.
• Drive branch and district budgets, goals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop branch managers and leadership within the region.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and customer service standards.
