Job summary

Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is seeking a District Manager to lead regional operations, shape strategy, and collaborate with HR, Safety, Service, Credit, Purchasing, and Sales to deliver strong results and elevate district performance.

You will oversee daily coaching, participate in leadership meetings, and drive process improvements across branches, ensuring safety, customer service, and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a sales or branch role.
• Experience in industrial equipment or welding background is helpful.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
