Haun Welding Supply Inc. is seeking a Southeast Region District Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across the region. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Service, Credit, Purchasing, and Sales to deliver strong results and elevate district performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, and leadership within a dynamic welding equipment distribution environment, with oversight of multiple branches and direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must live within the designated territory and have a valid driver’s license.
• 5+ years of related experience in a sales or branch role.
• Experience with industrial equipment or welding equipment is helpful.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in operations and efficiency.
• Ensure branches meet safety and cleanliness standards.
