Job summary

Cetera Financial Group Inc is seeking a Regional Growth Leader to drive sales and organic growth in the Southeast region. This is a remote role, with preferred locations in FL, GA, LA, or AL, and travel to New Orleans, Birmingham, Atlanta, and South Florida up to 50%.

You will lead the Regional Growth Team, own advisor relationships, and develop engagement plans. The role emphasizes driving sales from discovery to completion and growing platform adoption across Cetera solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of Relationship & Sales experience.
• Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and/or 24 FINRA licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of managing a regional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Growth Team and deliver results against sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive sales through the funnel from discovery to completion with engagement plans and pipeline management.
• Own advisor relationships and Cetera-sponsored study groups for advisors.
• Foster organic growth, advisor engagement, satisfaction and retention through value propositions and platform adoption.
• Coordinate with onboarding and sales enablement to ensure assets are realized on Cetera platforms within timelines.
• Connect advisors with subject matter experts to drive product adoption of investment solutions and Cetera platforms.
