The role requires managing the full sales cycle, conducting on-site visits and demonstrations, and collaborating with engineering to deliver effective packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or packaging sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Southeast region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver packaging solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
