The Senior Customer Executive - Southeast & South ISB will drive execution and profitable growth across Bimbo Bakeries USA’s In-Store Bakery portfolio throughout the Southeast and South regions. The role serves as the commercialization engine behind opportunities identified by customer-facing Customer Executives, partnering internally to convert customer opportunities into executable plans, successful launches, distribution gains, and sustainable growth. The position will support Customer Executives and their assigned retail customers while maintaining the direct customer call and business ownership for assigned distributors and proactively identifying new areas of growth across the region.
Retail customers supported: Assigned grocery, club, regional, and independent retail accounts managed by customer-facing Customer Executives across the Southeast and South regions.
Direct distributor responsibility: Assigned distributors and wholesalers across the Southeast and South regions.
Primary focus on commercialization and internal execution support for the In-Store Bakery business across the Southeast and South regions. Direct customer and business responsibility for assigned distributors. Travel to customer and distributor locations, company facilities, headquarters, and industry events as required for business growth and execution.

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. Master's preferred. Minimum of 7 years of sales, customer management, commercialization, category management, or equivalent experience in consumer packaged goods or grocery retail. Experience working with grocery retailers, distributors, brokers, or cross-functional customer teams. Experience in In-Store Bakery, bakery, fresh, or adjacent categories preferred. Strong project management and analytical skills, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L management. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Excellence in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Strong understanding of commercialization processes, sales execution, merchandising, distribution, and customer planning within In-Store Bakery, grocery, or consumer packaged goods. Ability to translate customer opportunities into clear internal workplans and lead execution across multiple functions. Ability to influence without authority and create accountability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple customers, distributors, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
