Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Regional Compliance Manager to lead transportation safety, regulatory compliance, and accident prevention across Southeast Florida, including West Palm Beach. This hands-on leadership role requires field presence, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex rules into practical guidance for supervisors and drivers.

The ideal candidate will drive safety performance, manage workers' compensation processes, and partner with HR, operations, and safety

Qualifications

• Progressive hands-on experience in occupational health and safety and loss control.
• Experience with transportation safety, DOT regulations and OSHA standards.
• Strong ability to educate, coach, and influence frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety initiatives across Southeast Florida with field leaders.
• Oversee DOT/FMCSA compliance, accident prevention, and injury management.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
