Qualifications

• Minimum five years of diverse management experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation, hauling, and support operations with focus on safety and service.
• Develop and monitor operating metrics; diagnose and improve processes.
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive safety training, investigations, and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate staffing to meet seasonal demand and route optimization.
