Job summary

Utili-Serve in Raleigh, NC is seeking experienced Drill Rig Operators to join our field crew. You will operate truck and track-mounted drill rigs on diverse construction and geotechnical projects while traveling across the southeastern region.

You will follow safety regulations, perform routine inspections, maintain records, and participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings. CDL is a plus, and eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating drill rigs (CZM, Spiradrill, Altec models preferred).
• CDL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain truck and track-mounted drill rigs on assigned projects.
• Travel to job sites throughout the southeastern U.S.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and project-specific codes.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs for vehicles and equipment.
• Attend and participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities as needed.
