Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a field technician to operate and maintain drill rigs and support equipment in our Ocala, FL area. The role involves outdoor work with a two- to three-person crew, pre-trip inspections, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Willingness to travel within the Southeast region is required. Regular schedules may include long shifts; compensation includes competitive hourly pay with overtime potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR acceptable.
• DOT Medical Card required for interstate operations.
• Background check clearance required; pre-employment screening.
• HAZWOPER certification encouraged or required for site safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs and related equipment.
• Work outdoors with a small crew in varying schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Perform physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to safety policies and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Be flexible with travel and work hours; occasional weekend travel.
