Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Raleigh, NC seeks experienced Drill Rig Operators to operate truck and track-mounted drill rigs across the Southeastern region, including NC, SC, Georgia and Virginia.

You will travel to job sites, perform inspections, maintain equipment, keep records, and participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications include prior rig experience with CZM/Spiradrill/Altec; CDL is a plus; willingness to travel; must be authorized to work in the United States; training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating drill rigs (CZM, Spiradrill, Altec preferred).
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain truck and track-mounted drill rigs on assigned projects.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project codes.
• Attend weekly toolbox safety meetings and maintain drilling activity records.
