Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio and surrounding area). The role leads a field sales team, coaches reps, and ensures alignment with brand strategy and national goals.

Candidates must reside in the territory and have a science/business acumen with strong presentation skills. Anticipated salary range: $170K–$185K per year. Base salary is contingent on education and experience with competitive total rewards including benefits and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sales management experience OR Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sales experience including field or regional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales performance and KPIs to meet regional plan and budgets.
• Leads, trains, coaches and motivates the sales team for region.
• Provides regular updates and feedback to the team and conducts reviews.
• Participates in strategic sales planning and ensures ethical, compliant execution.
• Analyzes data to evaluate progress and guides territory planning and resource allocation.
• Identifies local marketplace trends and makes data-driven decisions.
