Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areas). The role leads a field sales team, coaches representatives, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet regional goals.

Qualified candidates live in the territory and bring strong pharma sales leadership, mentoring, and analytical skills. The position emphasizes strategic sales planning, data-driven decision making, and high-performance coaching in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 2 years pharma/biotech sales mgmt experience or 5 years pharma/biotech sales experience with regional responsibilities
Proven ability to develop and mentor pharma sales representatives
Strong ability to analyze complex sales and technical data to build strategic business plans
Excellent presentation skills and ability to train and coach teams
Ability to travel extensively – minimum 75% of the week

Responsibilities

Delivers sales performance data and KPIs to meet regional plans within budgets
Coaches and develops the sales representative team and leads by example
Provides regular updates and feedback to improve skills and performance
Participates in building a comprehensive regional sales plan aligned with national goals
Manages funds and resources to maximize ROI and ensures ethical promotion practices
Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities for the region
