Qualified candidates must reside in the territory and be able to travel extensively. The role centers on delivering regional sales performance, coaching and developing representatives, and aligning with brand strategies and national goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with pharma/biotech sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor pharmaceutical sales reps.
• Strong analytical and data-driven planning能力.

Responsabilités

• Delivers sales performance and KPIs to meet regional plans within timelines and budgets; collaborates cross-functionally with brand strategy and national goals.
• Drives performance through onboarding, training, development, coaching, and leadership of the sales force; optimizes rep performance.
• Provides regular updates and feedback to sales team to enhance medical, technical, selling, and analytics skills; maintains clear communication.
• Participates in strategic sales planning, budgeting, and resource allocation with ethical promotional practices.
• Analyzes data to evaluate progress and supports territory planning and stakeholder relationships.
• Discerns local marketplace trends and makes data-driven decisions.
