Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience through accurate receiving, picking, and packing. The role reports to the Area Manager and supports daily operations.

You will join a fast-growing startup with a strong ownership mindset, collaborative teams, and a culture focused on results. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

  • Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends based on business needs.
  • Consistently arrive on time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8–10 hr shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
  • May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
  • Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
  • Can adapt quickly to change.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Quick to understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
  • Looking to start a career with a rapidly growing startup company.
  • Previous warehouse experience is not required; 7‑day training program provided.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving: Accepts new inventory and owns the entire process of putting that inventory away and entering it into our system.
  • Picking: Responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately, keeping the flow of customer products moving.
  • Packing: Ensures the quality of each shipment and packs items correctly, working with picking to guarantee perfect fulfillment.
  • Other Duties as Required: Will be asked to help out in other areas outside normal day‑to‑day responsibilities to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Ensures products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Follows all standard operating procedures, reports concerns, and supports traceability and continuous improvement.

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00/hr – rate is dependent on shift and may change due to business needs

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 11:00pm
