LendingHouse is seeking a proactive Realtor Partnership & Growth Manager to expand our network of real estate professionals and drive business growth in South Florida. The role focuses on developing meaningful relationships with real estate agents and turning connections into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing relationships with real estate professionals.
• Ability to plan and execute partnership campaigns and events.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout South Florida market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and other partners.
• Introduce professionals to LendingHouse and the Closer platform.
• Prospect for new partnerships via in-person outreach, calls, emails, social media, events.
• Spend at least three days per week in the field meeting with agents.
• Plan and execute Realtor events, property tours, networking opportunities, and presentations.
• Represent LendingHouse and Closer at company events.
• Collaborate with sales and origination teams to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate marketing materials and partnership resources.
