Job summary

Centurion Restaurant Group seeks an experienced Facilities & Construction Manager to oversee maintenance, renovations, and capital projects across our restaurant portfolio in South Florida.

You will manage preventative maintenance, vendor relations, and project delivery for multiple sites, travel up to 30%, and ensure compliance with building and safety standards while supporting new openings and CAPEX initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multi-unit facilities management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or retail.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering capital projects on time and on budget.
• Experience managing service vendors, contractors, and ongoing maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repair needs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Lead CAPEX projects, renovations, and new openings from planning through completion.
• Coordinate architects, general contractors, landlords, and FF&E; ensure budgets, schedules, and permits are aligned.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and manufacturer requirements; drive long-term solutions to facility challenges.
