Centurion Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Facilities & Construction Manager to oversee the maintenance, functionality, and physical condition of our South Florida restaurant portfolio. You will support renovations, capital improvements, and construction projects as they arise, ensuring operations stay up and running.

This role sits at the intersection of facilities, restaurant operations, and project management.

Qualifications

• Oversee maintenance and repair across multiple restaurant locations.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead capital projects, renovations, and new openings.
• Coordinate architects, contractors, permits, FF&E.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendors and keep operations uninterrupted while work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management and preventative maintenance across locations.
• Oversee construction and capital projects as business needs arise.
• Identify facility concerns with leadership and prioritize repairs.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for systems.
• Manage service vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Lead CAPEX projects from planning through completion.
