Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on forecasting, planning, staffing, and financial oversight to maximize profitability and service standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of management experience in hospitality, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
• Proven leadership experience in F&B operations.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
