Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher, Formsetter/Carpenter to join our team. You will finish concrete surfaces across commercial projects with emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.

Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $29, with opportunities for overtime and night/weekend work while following safety protocols and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Background in concrete or form work is required.
• Must be able to handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and layout of concrete slabs and foundations.
• Ensure forms are properly built and aligned before each concrete pour.
• Finish concrete surfaces to project requirements, ensuring quality and durability.
• Monitor curing processes to achieve maximum strength and longevity.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms as needed.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance to safety policies and standards on job sites.
• Communicate with foreman and team members regarding project progress and issues.

Innovative Concrete, LLC is looking for a talented and skilled Commercial Concrete Finisher, Formsetter/Carpenter to be part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces for various commercial projects, ensuring a high level of quality and craftmanship in every aspect of your work. Your experience and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the concrete industry.

You will work with a variety of concrete forms and techniques to achieve the desired finish on floors, sidewalks, and other structures. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and laborers to complete projects on time and to specifications while adhering to our stringent safety protocols.
