Job summary

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead field crews, coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and ensure safe, on-time project completion. The role acts as the bridge between the field and office, maintaining communication and directing activities to keep projects moving.

You will supervise concrete crews, read blueprints, enforce safety, and monitor quality and progress daily, ensuring alignment with project specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concrete experience with 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership ability to manage a crew in field settings.
• Knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

This role works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, serving as the bridge between the field and the office.
