• Proven experience as a commercial concrete finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform demanding tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
