You will finish concrete surfaces for commercial projects, work with various forms and techniques, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires teamwork and reliability, with overtime and night/weekend availability as needed.

• Set up and dismantle concrete forms as needed.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces for various commercial projects, ensuring a high level of quality and craftmanship in every aspect of your work. You will work with a variety of concrete forms and techniques to achieve the desired finish on floors, sidewalks, and other structures. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and laborers to complete projects on time and to specifications while adhering to our stringent safety protocols.

Hourly pay: $24-$29

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and layout of concrete slabs and foundations
• Ensure forms are properly built and aligned before each concrete pour

• Ensure compliance to safety policies and standards on job sites
• Communicate with foreman and team members regarding project progress and issues

• Background in concrete or form work is required
• Must be able to handle heavy materials and equipment on a regular basis
• Knowledge of concrete forms, rebar, and general concrete construction
• Comfortable operating hand and power tools
• Available for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Works well as part of a team and holds themselves accountable on the job
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check
