Job summary

HDR is seeking a South-Central Region Resources Business Group Director to lead regional initiatives, set strategy, manage performance and drive profitable growth across the region. You will mentor area leaders, partner with operations and market sector directors, and ensure delivery of high-quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central Region.
• Develop and maintain a regional business group program with strategy, BD, and standards.
• Direct regional operations including profitability, utilization, and performance.
• Collaborate with area operations, project teams, and market leadership to pursue opportunities.
• Drive execution of RBG initiatives with regional leadership alignment.
• Maintain a strong regional leadership structure and budget oversight.
• Work cooperatively with other regional directors and managers to drive strategies.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
• Assist in strategic hires and recruitment.
• Add strong business skills as BG interface with operations.
• Commit to quality, improvement and HDR values.
