Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central Region.
• Direct and deliver regional business group operations including profitability and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, project teams, and leadership to enhance client development.
• Drive execution of initiatives with regional priorities and budget management.
• Mentor managers and participate in strategic hires and recruiting.
