Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field required.
Minimum 12 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central Region.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective regional program aligned with company goals.
Direct regional operations including net fees, profit, utilization, and performance.
Collaborate with area operations and leadership to enhance client development strategies.
Drive execution of RBG initiatives with regional priorities and leadership.
Manage regional RBG budget, profitability, and staffing needs.
