• Owns strategy, growth, profitability and underwriting performance of the South Central region.
• Builds and leads a high-performing regional underwriting team.
• Maintains influential relationships with senior wholesale brokers and key stakeholders.
• Provides decisive technical leadership on complex casualty risks and referrals.
• Drives pricing insights, submission flow, hit ratios and loss trends to protect underwriting discipline.
