Job summary

Krystal Biotech is seeking a Regional Gene Therapy Liaison to drive the launch and adoption of Vyjuvek in a high-travel, field-based role across a defined U.S. region.

You will educate healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate access and patient care for DEB. A strong pharma background and travel flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel ≥75% for field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies focused on market development and brand awareness.
• Promote Vyjuvek to healthcare professionals through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Prioritize time, travel, and resources to maximize access to providers.
• Build and maintain consultative sales relationships with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support access at sites of care.
• Use CRM insights to identify opportunities and plan territory activities.
• Develop a territory business plan aligned with regional goals and launch objectives.
• Manage promotional materials, IOE budgets, and patient-facing materials.
• Communicate across the field organization to ensure alignment and execution.
• Demonstrate Krystal’s values through adherence to policies and compliance.
