Krystal Bio is seeking a Regional Gene Therapy Liaison to drive the commercialization of Vyjuvek across a defined region in the United States. The role emphasizes field-based activity, high travel (≥75%), and close collaboration with internal teams to support access and education for healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of sales experience (pharma preferred), a strong ability to manage a territory, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
• 5+ years sales experience, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales.
• Exposure to complex reimbursement environments and multi‑stakeholder selling models.
• Ability to work independently in a high-travel role (≥75% overnight).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in person and virtually.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and meet objectives.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory strategies focused on market development and patient identification.
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek’s use and efficacy.
• Prioritize time, travel, and resources to maximize access to providers.
• Build consultative sales relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support access at sites of care.
• Utilize CRM data and insights to prioritize accounts and territory execution.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with regional objectives.
• Manage IOE budgets, promotional materials, and patient-facing resources.
• Maintain CRM documentation, expense reporting, and performance reviews.
• Attend national, regional, and local meetings as assigned.
