The candidate should have a BS/BA, 5+ years of sales experience (1+ year pharmaceutical), and the ability to travel ≥75%.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-travel role (≥75% overnight).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and deliver results.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Aufgaben

• Execute territory strategies focused on market development, brand awareness, and patient identification through HCP-driven initiatives.
• Promote Vyjuvek to healthcare professionals in in-person and virtual meetings, detailing indication, usage, safety and efficacy.
• Prioritize time, travel, activities, and resources to optimize access to academic and community healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain consultative sales relationships with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and other commercial partners to support access at sites of care.
• Utilize data and CRM tools to identify opportunities and support territory execution.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with regional goals and launch objectives.
• Manage IOE budgets and promotional materials responsibly.
• Foster teamwork and proactive communication across the field organization.
• Demonstrate Krystal’s corporate values through adherence to policies and compliance.
• Maintain CRM documentation, expense reporting, and performance reviews.
• Attend national, regional, and local meetings and conferences as assigned.
