Job summary

Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a Regional Gene Therapy Liaison to promote Vyjuvek and drive adoption across Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas, with substantial regional travel (75%+).

The role focuses on pediatric dermatologists and other DEB stakeholders, aiming to meet launch objectives and territory growth. This entry-point position offers meaningful ownership of a territory, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a path for career advancement in the ultra-rare gene

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel ≥75% and reside within or near the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders involved in DEB.
• Execute territory strategies focused on market development and patient identification.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek's indication, safety, and efficacy.
• Prioritize time and travel to optimize access to academic and community-based healthcare professionals.
• Build consultative sales relationships and maintain professional communication with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support access and coordination at sites of care.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with regional goals.
• Manage IOE budgets, promotional materials, and patient-facing materials.
• Attend meetings and conferences; maintain CRM documentation and performance reviews.
