The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 3+ years in outside sales, demonstrating strong communication and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities include market analysis, customer presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This full-time position requires overnight travel and excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
• 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of cushioning portfolio across assigned region.
• Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Present product knowledge to distribution channels.
• Work with Packaging Application Centers on custom projects.
• Align with RSD and sales training team to close knowledge gaps.
